Those are terrific comments, Neil, and all true for any enterprise, as different teams, divisions, and lines of business often intersect, and not understanding how these work can severely impact the sales process. Care does need to be taken when using telemarketing lists as some can be out of date. Choosing the right provider is important (and asking for a sample of their data can give you a good idea as to the quality).
