Your comment on standardization and normalization is key, if you are looking to do anything that relies on the data - lead scoring, personalization, lead routing, segmentation - and your data has 5 different ways of writing a country name, a title (V.P, Vice Pres, etc), or an industry, it will be virtually impossible to use that data to build the rule on top of.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks for emphasizing this key point.</description>
